This automated Induction Brazing system particularly design for electrical contact brazing such as silver contacts to copper bar. Normally this induction machine used for AC contactor assembly. HCGP has 20 years experience of induction brazing experience and offer customized automatic system based on variety brazing process and production line.
Features:
1. Multiple-segment settings of induction heating power output for uniform heating: There are 5 segment basically and can be customized according to customer requirements.
2. Precise temperature control: In collaboration with the manufacturer,we have jointly developed infrared thermometers with a measurement accuracy of ±5℃;Closed-loop control system with PID controller, achieving precise temperature control during induction heating process.
3. In addition to temperature control settings, there is also a setting for heating time, providing dual protection to prevent workpiece overheating.
4. Accurate heating: Heating time can be accurate to 0.1 seconds.

6. Data Storage: Multiple process parameters storage with one-click for data retrieval, process parameter store automatically, variety of parts brazing don’t need to set heating parameter again.
7. Plentiful interfaces: Can be connected to industrial buses such as RS-485, Profibus, CAN etc. HCGP induction heater is easier to integrated with other machine and achieve production automation.
8. Integrated auxiliary positioning and clamping mechanism, Induction coil moving controlled by servo motor, ensuring precise brazing position of electrical contact.
9. Induction brazing system is automated with automatic silver contact feeding with vibratory bowl feeder, version camera for silver contact deposition inspection, automatic brazing and unloading.
